Splint Application Instructions

Unlike traditional splints, the Magicast splint is very easy to use and requires no complicated tying of padding or preparation of the hardening layer.

already comes prepackaged with the padding, all you have to do is:

• Select the correct size.

• Place the splint in a bowl of tap water for only 3 seconds, take it out and place it on a dry towel for 2-3 seconds, to remove excess water.

• Attach the splint to the fractured arm or leg and tighten around the limb, as required by the type of fracture.

• Loop and elastic bandage and send the patient on his or her way, wishing them a speedy recovery.
